I’m available for fitness and nutrition coaching on a one on one level or in small groups as well as online.. If you’re married, I’d prefer both of you are on the same page going forward. I will help you plan detailed meals that will be fun and delicious. In addition, I will develop a workout routine based on your fitness level and goals.
My basic starter SeniorFitness 101 class focuses on core, balance and strength training. One of the major issues facing aging adults is sarcopenia, which is the loss of skeletal muscle mass. People who are physically inactive can lose as much as 3% to 5% of their muscle mass per decade after age 30. Even if you are active, you will still experience some decline. Sarcopenia typically accelerates around 70 years old and can lead to falls and fractures.
The remedy for this loss is exercise, and I have developed at set of easy resistance and body weight workouts that will help facilitate the growth of lean muscle mass. I have spent years researching nutrition and fitness and have a unique viewpoint on senior health.
I am also available online for your health coaching and usually try to work on basic questions, tips and recipe ideas for FREE.

2. Speaking and Public Appearances:
I’m available for talks and speeches for your group or organization. Will travel to conventions and help promote your vegan and health products and services. I have a 20 minute speech and an hour talk on health aging and the secrets I’ve learned in over 25 years of research and real-life experience.
I’m available to model your active senior wear and sports gear. I also will review and endorse your vegan food products.
